4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking Process
Sessions are booked through our online calendar system
You must provide accurate contact information
Booking confirmation will be sent via email
4.2 Payment Terms
Full payment of €120 is required at the time of booking
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session: No refund, but you may reschedule once within 30 days
No-shows: No refund or rescheduling option

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when booking
Arrive on time for your scheduled session
Participate respectfully and honestly

Not record sessions without prior written consent

We are not responsible for technical issues preventing session delivery (in which case we will reschedule or refund)

10. Modifications to Services

Cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (with full refund or rescheduling option)

You behave disrespectfully or inappropriately
